In my capacity as a licensed social worker, having undergone clinical training at the Silberman School of Social Work and honed my skills at The Ackerman Center for Couples and Family Therapy, I adeptly leverage family systems concepts into conversation with systems and policies. My expertise extends to the creation, analysis, and implementation of robust programming that strategically underpin psychological safety and overall well-being.

With a wealth of experience as a senior administrator within K-12 educational institutions, I am trained to seamlessly transition from mission formulation to meticulous implementation. My approach is characterized by a data-responsive orientation and a keen focus on fostering an environment that places people at the forefront of the work.
